R.E. House offers personalised support and developmental programs to promote independence, skills building, and community involvement. We reserve the right to adapt and enhance our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our those we support
Access to Services
Access to R.E. House services is facilitated through personal budgets, direct commissioning from local authorities, or private funding. We work with various organisations, including Vibrance and We Are Purple, to ensure you receive appropriate funding support. R.E. House’s support services and pricing are tailored to meet individual assessed needs, including options for one-to-one assistance where needed.
User Conduct
All individuals attending R.E. House are expected to engage in a respectful, cooperative, and supportive manner to foster a safe and welcoming community environment.
Modifications to Terms
R.E. House reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Any changes will be communicated on our website. Continued use of R.E. House’s services implies acceptance of these terms.
Complaints Procedure
At R.E. House, we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, we encourage you to follow these steps:
- Initial Investigation: The manager will review your complaint and speak with you directly to work toward a resolution.
- Independent Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial outcome, we will arrange for an independent person to review your complaint. We also encourage you to inform your social worker.
- Escalation to Ombudsman: If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to request an investigation by the ombudsman.
