Health & Well Being

The health and wellbeing of our individuals is of up most importance to us. We promote good health and keeping ourselves well – we take part in weekly swimming sessions, cycling, dance and gentle exercises.

We run ‘in house’ chair exercise classes as well as aerobics and dance classes.

We partake in mainstream group classes as well as specialised classes depending on our needs and abilities and which is best suited to us.

Daily we have a small group of ‘chefs’ in house preparing and cooking their own meals – we use fresh ingredients – shopping daily, to make nutritious meals.
